Meal Support for Disordered Eating

Offering 'real-time' support and strategies.

The transition back home from a treatment centre can be overwhelming and feel burdensome at times. As you return to face the day to day challenges of life, the skills and strategies you have learned may seem hard to implement in the moments leading up to, during, and/or after eating. We believe you have the strength and ability to make lasting changes but may need some guidance along the way. With the added support and encouragement from our professionals you can establish a relationship with food and body that aligns with your hopes and goals. The ‘real-time’ partnership that we offer is intended to help empower you in making food choices, to create a safe space to try various strategies, and to remind you that you are not alone in this process. Our meal support is tailored to meet your individual needs, as we value your unique qualities and beliefs. If you, or someone you know may benefit from these services please contact us for further details.

Some services we offer include:

  • Meal support – planning, prep, and eating together in your home
  • Guided grocery shopping
  • Meeting at your place of work/school for meal support
  • Meeting at a restaurant of your choice or ordering-in to normalize the experience
  • Providing meal support for an entire family
  • Food exposure
  • A mindful eating experience

We look forward to partnering with you on your recovery journey!

Note: You do not need to have an eating disorder diagnosis or to have been in a treatment centre to benefit from the above mentioned services. If you feel any of these options may help improve your relationship with food and body please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to help!
